Performance Physical Therapy in Sunrise, FL

Built for Athletes Who Stay Active

Pain and injury should not keep you out of the gym, off the trail, or away from the sport you love. At Kinetic Performance PT, every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist — a DPT and CSCS who builds your plan around how your body actually moves.

What Happens When Pain Keeps Getting Pushed to the Back Burner

The Injury That Never Fully Heals

You manage it, work around it, maybe take a few days off — and it comes right back. Without addressing the root cause, nagging pain tends to become chronic pain.

Generic PT That Doesn't Get You There

Standard PT is built for high volume, not for you. Short sessions, rotating staff, and protocol-driven care rarely address what is actually limiting your performance.

Waiting It Out Until Something Breaks

Ignoring movement dysfunction does not make it disappear. It shifts the load elsewhere — until something else gives out. Catching it early is almost always the faster path back.

How It Works

Simple Steps to Getting Back to What You Love

Book a Free Discovery Call

Tell us what you're dealing with. This call is free, no commitment, and gives you a chance to ask questions and understand exactly how the process works.

Get a Personalized Plan of Care

Your initial evaluation includes a full-body movement assessment and strength testing. From that data, we build a care plan designed around how your body actually moves — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Return to Your Sport, Stronger

Progress through treatment with objective testing at every milestone. When you're ready to return to the course, the field, or the gym, you leave with a plan to stay there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about Performance PT at Kinetic? Here are answers to what we hear most.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No referral needed. Florida is a direct-access state, which means you can schedule without a physician referral. The first step is a free discovery call to discuss your situation and confirm we are the right fit before booking your evaluation.

Why cash-based PT instead of using my insurance?

Cash-based care means every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist — no aides, no double booking, no insurance-driven limits on session length or frequency. We can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement submission, though reimbursement from your plan is not guaranteed.

How long does a typical plan of care take?

It depends on your presentation, history, and goals. After a full-body movement assessment and strength testing in your initial evaluation, we will outline a clear plan with expected milestones — so you know what to expect from day one, not just at discharge.

What does the first visit look like?

Your initial evaluation includes a detailed movement assessment, FMS or SFMA screening, and objective strength testing using the Tindeq Progressor. From there, Dr. Ho develops a personalized plan of care — and treatment often begins in that first session.

Do you accept FSA or HSA?

Yes. Kinetic Performance PT accepts FSA and HSA payments. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Contact us if you have questions about payment before booking.
