Why Kinetic Performance?
The name Kinetic Performance comes from the study of kinetics—the science of how forces act on the body and influence movement. Every swing, stride, and step is shaped by the way your muscles, joints, and tissues generate and absorb force.
We chose this name because it reflects our belief that movement is never one-size-fits-all. Each person’s body responds to force differently, and effective physical therapy must be personalized to match those unique mechanics. By applying principles of kinetics, we tailor treatment plans that not only restore mobility and reduce pain, but also optimize efficiency, strength, and resilience in the way you move.
For golfers, this means more than just recovering from injury. It means building a swing that works with your body’s natural forces—maximizing performance while minimizing strain. Whether you’re returning to play or pushing toward your peak, Kinetic Performance is about helping you move smarter, stronger, and with purpose.
