Golf Physical Therapy in Sunrise, FL
Keep Playing the Game You Love
Back pain through the backswing. Hip stiffness that kills your rotation. Golfer's elbow that flares up every time you grip the club. At Kinetic, Dr. Ho is a TPI Medical Level II clinician who links your physical limitations directly to what they are doing to your swing.

Why Playing Through the Pain Is Costing You More Than Strokes
Resting Doesn't Fix a Swing Problem
Taking time off can quiet the pain temporarily — but if a mobility deficit or movement fault is driving the issue, it will return as soon as you start playing again.
Generic PT Doesn't Understand Golf
Most PT clinics do not understand the rotational demands of a golf swing. Without a clinician who can link your physical limitations to your swing mechanics, the root cause stays unaddressed.
Pain Compounds Over a Season
One flare-up becomes a compensation pattern. A compensation pattern becomes a new injury somewhere else. Golf puts consistent rotational load on the same structures — early intervention matters.
Golf PT Built Around Your Body and Your Swing
We bring TPI Medical Level II certification and a clinician who plays golf himself — one of fewer than a few thousand at this level worldwide. We do not guess at what is limiting your game; we screen and test it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about golf PT at Kinetic — answered honestly.
Is this swing coaching or physical therapy?
This is physical therapy with a golf-specific lens — not swing coaching. The goal is to restore pain-free movement and address the physical limitations affecting your swing. We use TPI screening to connect your body's movement patterns to your swing, then build a rehab plan from those findings.
Do I need to bring my clubs?
You do not need to bring clubs to your evaluation. The TPI screen and movement assessment are done in the clinic. We may ask you to simulate parts of your swing or setup, but no range work or on-course observation is part of the session.
How is this different from seeing a teaching pro?
A teaching pro works on your mechanics from the outside. We work on the physical limitations — mobility, stability, strength deficits — that are driving those mechanics from the inside. Both have a role; the TPI model is designed so they can work in parallel when relevant.
Will this help me play more consistently, or just less painfully?
The primary goal is pain-free movement. Many patients also notice changes in swing consistency as their mobility and stability improve — because movement limitations that cause pain often also cause compensations in the swing. But we are a rehab clinic, not a performance training studio.
Do I need a referral or a physician's clearance?
No referral required. Florida allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book directly with us. If you have had imaging or a recent diagnosis, bring that information along — it helps us build a more complete picture from the start.
