FAQ

  • How much are your services?

Pricing depends on what services will best suit you. Contact us to inquire more about pricing.

  • What makes you different than other physical therapy clinics?

We provide concierge, one-on-one care specialized on treating golf related musculoskeletal injuries. We deliver personalized plans of care to get you back— recognizing that every body presents and moves differently, requiring a tailored rehabilitation approach.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, life happens! Please give us a 24 hour notice to any cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Do you take insurance?

We are a cash-based clinic. That means we do not let insurances limit and dictate your care. Instead, you get one-on-one sessions with your doctor, no double booking, customized treatment plans, and 24/7 concierge care. We treat you based on what you actually need rather than what your insurance approves.

  • Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a parking lot directly in front of the facility.

  • What should I wear for my appointment?

Feel free to wear what is comfortable for you! Preferably, we recommend wearing athletic shorts, T-shirts, and running/athletic shoes.

  • Do you provide superbills for insurance reimbursement?

Yes, we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, so you still have the opportunity to use your benefits.

(Please note: Submitting a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts are determined solely by your insurance provider and depend on your specific OON benefits.)

  • Do you accept FSA or HSA?

Yes! We accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), which can be used for medical treatment and related expenses. These expire at the end of each calendar year so make sure to use them before!

We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA), which are also funded with pre-tax dollars and can be used for physical therapy and other medical expenses! These typically roll over year to year, but check with your insurance provider to confirm.

  • What does a typical session look like?

You’ll begin with a comprehensive full-body evaluation and assessment.

Your doctor will then provide targeted, evidence-based treatments tailored to their findings, helping reduce pain or establish key baseline measurements.

Next, you’ll move through personalized corrective exercises designed to support your specific symptoms, diagnosis, and long-term improvement.

Before you leave, you’ll receive a customized plan of care outlining the steps you and your doctor will take together to help you reach your goals.
